Technical support, software updates, and web resource access is provided free for 1 year from the date of purchase with registration. To register your unit(s), please provide us with the following information. If your system(s) were purchased over a year ago, please contact us for information on an annual support agreement.
Once we receive and verify your information, we will email you a support ID number, User ID, and password. These are required to log in to online customer resources.
